Caring Does he or she really care about helping you fix the problem or is selling you a hearing aid the primary concern? 3. Professional Are you comfortable with their office and appearance? 4. Established Will they be there when you go back for service? Are they in a permanent location? Do they have a warm, friendly and courteous staff to answer questions and schedule ongoing appointments? 5. Reputable Do any of your friends or relatives go there for service? Is your primary physician familiar with the dispensary? Other things to ask  Remember, with your hearing device comes a long term relationship with your provider.
